We are a small, family-owned, supportive and enthusiastic centre focused on providing high-quality care and education to children in our community. We’re looking to welcome educators to our family of creators. About you
- A passion for children and shaping future generations
- Ability to drive a positive and respected working environment
- A passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice
- ACECQA Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood – please confirm qualification details in your application
- Previous two years of childcare experience
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) including National Quality Standards (NQS).
All relevant childcare qualifications required including first aid, blue card, child protection and ecec qualifications.
Montessori experience preferred but not required. Montessori training will be provided for all successful applicants, if necessary.
